Job description

You willbe the key point of contact from Regional Health System (RHS) Strategic Finance to liaise with funding parties and institutions to collate, prepare and manage all funding-related matters. You willwork closely with institutions/grantors, review the consolidated reports for submission, as well as co-ordinate and manage grant and programme audits to ensure corrective actions are followed up and done in a timely manner. You will manage grants and ensure funding is tracked and disbursed to institutions in a timely and accurate manner. You will support cost and funding allocation as well as preparation of financial analysis for new programmes. You will provide financial guidance on armonization of finance processes for the various programs. You will also support internal control and audit-related matters.
You will document SOPs for finance policies and procedures. You will also be required to prepare and consolidate the annual cost centre budgets which includes cashflow, analysis for management review as well as track expenses incurred and provide administrative support to the department.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Candidates with Diploma in Accounting/Finance can apply, and the job level will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work in dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to get buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships.
