Executive, Strategic Compensation & Benefits

You will be part of the Strategic Compensation & Benefits team to review, harmonise and implement SingHealth's Compensation and Benefits (C&B) policies, frameworks and initiatives to enhance competitiveness in attracting and retaining talents in SingHealth and its institutions.

In this role, you will support the review of SingHealth's C&B policies for harmonised implementation across SingHealth institutions, whilst ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. You will also support the review of C&B frameworks and initiatives including the collation of data for submission to key stakeholders, conduct in-depth analysis on proposals and work with multiple parties to ensure smooth and timely implementation of approved C&B frameworks and initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree from any discipline, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  2. Preferably 2 years of Human Resource experience with strong HR technical skills and knowledge in C&B, labour-related legislations and C&B practices
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Resilient and a team player with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships
  6. Meticulous and numerically inclined with good project management and organisational skills
  7. Driven and independent worker who is able to multi-task and manage priorities while working with minimal supervision
