Qualifications

• Sous Chef experience or strong junior Sous experience ready to step up.
• Proven leadership and kitchen organisation skills.
• High standards of food quality and consistency.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to manage stock, wastage and food cost.
