RESPONSIBILITIES

This role requires the incumbent to be a competitive and trustworthy individual to develop and grow the social enterprise initiatives. He/she must be presentable, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong business acumen.

Website Management

  • Manage SE Website for sales orders, promotions, new product listing, etc

Accounts Servicing

  • Provide sales support to customers
  • Provide support to Assisted Employment partners
  • Manage new enquiries
  • Develop solutions according to customers' needs

Manage Production Schedule

  • Work with production centres on production schedule to ensure timely delivery to customers

Vendor Management

  • Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products/services
  • Liaise with Landlord on operational matters

Market Research

  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customers' needs.
  • Work with production centres to come up with marketing campaigns for new products

Manage New Sales

  • Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Develop new business channels
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent and above from a recognised institution
OTHER INFORMATION
  • Min 2 years' experience in business development position
  • Proficiency in English
  • Preferably possesses a class 3 licence and driving experience
  • Experience in disability sector will be an added advantage
  • Preferably posseses Business Development and Sales experience
