The primary focus of this role is to support the partnership with the Eureka Institute for Translational Medicine (Eureka Institute).

The Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Eureka Institute and will work closely with its appointed officer, the Eureka COO, based in a different time zone, to support its strategic initiatives, partner relations, manage its online community and website. This role will be responsible for leading and managing outreach activities in Singapore and providing remote project support for select overseas events or initiatives under the direction of the Eureka Leadership.

In addition, the Executive will provide project support to select TII projects or initiatives and administrative support under the direction of the Director and/or Assistant Director.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  2. Experience in leading and managing events independently
  3. Experience in developing event marketing collaterals
  4. Experience in managing website content
  5. Experience in building and maintaining online communities
  6. Experience in providing administrative and operational support to not-for-profit organizations
  7. Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  8. Be resourceful, adaptable, and have the ability to work independently and in a team
  9. Proficiency with Apple iOS applications (Pages, Numbers) is preferable
