Key Responsibilities
Optimize and drive continuous growth in business volume and profitability.
Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
Develop strategic plans for customers assigned.
Maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on the business KPIs.
Actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE’s digitalization strategies.
Assist in any other assigned duties.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping/Logistics-related disciplines.
Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
Candidates without experience with excellent communication and suitable skillsets are welcomed to apply
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.
Highly motivated, result-oriented, and resilient.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.
Knowledge in Google suite apps is advantageous.
