Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal deployment of resources using the Common Fleet Management System (CFMS).
• Lead and manage a team of Assistant Service Controllers, using online resources and support systems to conduct real-time monitoring of bus service performance; take necessary actions to minimise service delays, resolve emergencies and restore service disruptions to ensure service reliability on the roads.
• Make critical decisions and ensure the appropriate communication with all parties involved.
• Analyse trends and recommend improvements for overall service performance and resource applications.
