Job description

You will be part of a dynamic team that plays a key role in shaping the future of construction, through process re-engineering and technology.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Examine current construction processes and methods to establish areas for enhancements.
  • Scan for suitable technology, including robotics and automation, which can improve construction productivity.
  • Collect and analyse work sites manpower data to support the process re-engineering study and technology scan.
  • Integrate roposed solutions into a structured framework for adoption.
  • Communicate and engage relevant industry stakeholders to ignite interest and garner buy-in for adoption of proposed solutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least three years of experience working on construction projects, preferably in the capacity of a design consultant, project / construction manager or main contractor.
  • A bachelors degree in construction / project management, architecture, engineering, or other BE-related disciplines (knowledge / expertise in Lean Construction and analytics software will be an advantage).
  • Is resourceful, able to work well independently and in a team; and have a positive mindset, ready to tread in uncharted waters.
