  • Provide ongoing support to youth teams during the 15-week programme to ensure smooth project implementation.

Youth Engagement and Support:

  • Coordinate with mentors and trainers to ensure youth teams have the resources and guidance they need.
  • Manage and engage the alumni exco, coordinating their involvement in supporting events.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with social service organizations, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison between participants, mentors, organizations, and the YFC programme team.

Communication and Promotion:

  • Develop and implement a communication strategy to promote the YFC programme and its initiatives through various channels.
  • Manage the YFC website, portal, and social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging content that highlights programme milestones and success stories.

Administrative and Financial Oversight:

  • Maintain an efficient filing system for all programme-related documents and data.
  • Track and manage the programme’s budget, ensuring all expenditures are within allocated limits.
