Responsibilities:
- Support volunteers recruitment, engagement and retention
- Design new care volunteering programmes supporting patient care and develop corporate volunteering programmes
- Monitor programme standards and measurements
- Attract new partners to participate in the charity's work
- Manage volunteer management system and do performance reporting and analysis
- Support organisations' events
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Business or equivalent from a recognised institution
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in Healthcare or Voluntary Welfare Organisation
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience with data analysis will be advantageous
- Bilingual and ability to communicate in local dialects preferred (in order to liaise with the local dialects speaking associates)
- A team player with drive, initiative and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful, adaptable and meticulous with attention to details
- Willing to work on some weekends and weekday evenings (when required)
