Responsibilities:

  1. Support volunteers recruitment, engagement and retention
  2. Design new care volunteering programmes supporting patient care and develop corporate volunteering programmes
  3. Monitor programme standards and measurements
  4. Attract new partners to participate in the charity's work
  5. Manage volunteer management system and do performance reporting and analysis
  6. Support organisations' events

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Business or equivalent from a recognised institution
  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in Healthcare or Voluntary Welfare Organisation
  3. Proficient in MS Office applications
  4. Experience with data analysis will be advantageous
  5. Bilingual and ability to communicate in local dialects preferred (in order to liaise with the local dialects speaking associates)
  6. A team player with drive, initiative and good interpersonal and communication skills
  7. Resourceful, adaptable and meticulous with attention to details
  8. Willing to work on some weekends and weekday evenings (when required)
