Job summary

temasek life sciences laboratory limited is seeking a communications and partnerships professional to support management and strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.   • 3–5 years experience in communications, partnerships, project coordination or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, speeches and communication materials to support management, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate communication deliverables and cross-functional projects to ensure alignment, timely execution, and follow-through.
  • Support the identification, engagement and management of industry, government, philanthropic and ecosystem partners, including coordinating meetings and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Prepare proposals, concept papers, presentations, project updates and management reports.
  • Conduct research, environmental scans and stakeholder mapping to support strategic planning, partnerships, and innovation opportunities.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables and emerging developments, maintaining accurate documentation and administrative records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project implementation and achieve organizational priorities.
  • Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned.
