A leading company is seeking a Social Media Manager to enhance brand visibility and user engagement. The ideal candidate will develop and execute digital content strategies across various platforms, focusing on brand storytelling and community engagement. Thesuccessful candidatewill be responsible for developing and executing digital content strategies across social platforms to enhance Muslim Pro’s brand visibility and user engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, digitally fluent, and deeply in tune with social trends and community culture within the global Muslim context.
Note: While this role involves managing social media content, it focuses on brand storytelling and community engagement — not performance or paid digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and produce social media content (static, video, stories, reels) aligned with brand strategy.
Research and produce platform-appropriate content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.
Manage day-to-day content posting, community moderation and audience interaction across all owned platforms
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience insights to inform real-time content planning
Manage KOL/influencer partnerships, including research, outreach, coordination, and content follow-ups for brand campaigns or collaborations
Lead community-building initiatives that foster user engagement and brand loyalty
Contribute to campaign storytelling, user engagement content, and community-driven initiatives.
Fluent in tools likeCanva(for layout/design),CapCut(for basic video editing) andChatGPT or similar AI toolsfor content ideation and research support.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience inbrand, content, social mediaorPublic Relationroles.
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms, formats and diverse audiences
Good visual design sensibility and ability to work within brand guidelines.
Proficiency with content creation tools, content scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards
Knowledge of social media algorithms, platform-specific best practices and emerging trends.
Demonstrated interest in global Muslim communities and culturally-sensitive digital engagement
Experience working withKOLs/influencersor community ambassadors is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
