Job description

  • Training needs, give consultations/assistance and health-talk to staff/customers/corporates, and maintain administration of training and service management.

  • Timely updates on product information to retail staff by developing:

  • New product factsheets

  • Product newsflash on need basis, e.g. competitor’s product comparison

  • Memo on need basis, e.g. handling of negative news

  • Key new product training (aka mini-training)

  • Newsflash on monthly promotion mailer

  • Conduct staff on-site coaching

  • Ensure timely response to customer enquiries, feedback, appeals, etc.

  • Guide retail staff in handling customer’s enquiries, feedback, appeals

  • Training Scheduling, Service Audits and other administrative tasks

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when by Superior

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Nutrition or related disciplines

  • 1 year experience in relevant industry preferred

  • Excellent and positive customer service attitude

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills
