Job Description

Reporting to the manager-in-charge, the ODPRT Research Administrator will provide pre- and post- award research grant administration support to researchers for all NUS Faculties and Research Centers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Disseminate and coordinate all activities relating to grant calls for assigned programmes, including proposal compliance and completeness verification checks

  • Coordinate and facilitate internal reviews and evaluation, where necessary

  • Liaise with sponsors and handle award notifications and project account creation

  • Advise on and process request for project changes

  • Monitor and facilitate submission of project/programme progress reports

  • Maintain programme-level statistics and prepare related stakeholder reports, where necessary

  • Work with relevant units to facilitate Fund Requisition process

  • Ensure continuous project compliances to grant terms & conditions

  • Other ad hoc duties, as assigned

  • Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Able to work independently, and in a team, with self-awareness in meeting deadlines.
