Singapore General Hospital is seeking a candidate to enhance the Patient Experience at SingHealth Polyclinics. The role involves planning initiatives, engaged stakeholder collaboration, and integrating patient experience with quality management to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing initiatives to improve the Patient Experience at SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP). You will work with team members to collectively ensure continuity of team, departmental, and programme functions. You will also work collectively to ensure continual improvement in the Patient Experience programme and the integration of Patient Experience with other programmes in Quality Management (guided by SHP’s Quality Management framework) to ensure the Quality and Safety of patient care at SHP:
