What you'll be doing
Support the outpatient pharmacy in enhancing patient experience and reducing wait times
Analyse operational data to propose and implement process improvements
Manage procurement of budgeted items and handle logistics in compliance with procurement policies
Assist with IT system changes, including process optimisation, infrastructure works, hardware testing, and layout adjustments
Engage pharmacy staff to support change management efforts during system implementations
Identify and implement new pharmacy services in collaboration with Section In-Charge
Review and implement cost recovery measures to improve financial sustainability
Monitor financial performance and support operational strategies to maintain profitability
Support the implementation and tracking of assigned projects, escalating issues where necessary
Drive and expand Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to streamline manual tasks
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree in Business/ Healthcare Administration or related studies
2 – 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy services, or project management
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and process improvement
Good understanding of procurement processes and system implementation
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data tools or RPA solutions is an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
