Executive/ Senior Executive, Pharmacy Operations & Projects

What you'll be doing

• Support the outpatient pharmacy in enhancing patient experience and reducing wait times

• Analyse operational data to propose and implement process improvements

• Manage procurement of budgeted items and handle logistics in compliance with procurement policies

• Assist with IT system changes, including process optimisation, infrastructure works, hardware testing, and layout adjustments

• Engage pharmacy staff to support change management efforts during system implementations

• Identify and implement new pharmacy services in collaboration with Section In-Charge

• Review and implement cost recovery measures to improve financial sustainability

• Monitor financial performance and support operational strategies to maintain profitability

• Support the implementation and tracking of assigned projects, escalating issues where necessary

• Drive and expand Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to streamline manual tasks

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Business/ Healthcare Administration or related studies

• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy services, or project management

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and process improvement

• Good understanding of procurement processes and system implementation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data tools or RPA solutions is an advantage

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
