Responsibilities
- Identify learning gaps, recommend learning programmes, and collaborate with training partners to address skill shortages.
- Provide end-to-end support for staff training administration, including:
- Course registration
- Training operations and logistics
- Maintenance of training records
- Training bonds and grants administration
- Course billing and post-course reviews
- Training programme evaluation
- Track, monitor and report the key performance indicators.
- Maintain training assets and ensure smooth operations of training facilities.
- Work with government agencies, industry experts, and partners to identify and implement relevant training programmes.
- Liaise with professional organisations (e.g., Singapore Nursing Board, Singapore Medical Council) to ensure courses are accredited for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points.
- Support in the administration, maintenance, and support of the Learning Management System (LMS), including managing user accounts, tracking training completion, and providing technical support to users.
- Assist in marketing and outreach efforts for training courses within the community care sector.
- Perform any specific projects and duties assigned by Director, Manager, Head of Department from time to time.
