The Executive/ Senior Executive is to plan and manage hearing care project related to the National Innovative challenge grant “Healthy Hearing, Healthy Aging”. This includes providing and coordinating operational and administrative support to Ear, Nose and Throat Centre and its cluster stakeholders to ensure its smooth and effective operations.
The roles and responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:
Overseeing operations and maintenance of facilities and day-to-day operations to provide smooth and efficient service that meets the expectation and needs of the patients.
Liaising with internal stakeholders, including clinical and operational departments from SingHealth institutions regarding hearing care referral
Managing and supporting project implementation process – project scoping, analysis, problem solving, implementation, risk management, resource utilization, communication and project accounting
Working with SGH and Outram community Hospital for referral of patients needing hearing test and hearing aid evaluation services
Maintaining and updates records/databases for the purpose of statistics, database and research.
Working with SGH ALPS in the procurement of hearing devices and other equipment including tracking of orders and invoices.
Assisting in work flows and finance claims ( invoice, Delivery order) of hearing accessories and devices
Do take note that it is a contract role
Job Requirements :
Degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience. Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage
Good interpersonal skills
Familiar with MS Office i.e. Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
