Job description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Work with a team of executive and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinics and business units. Roles include:-

  • Responsible for overseeing daily operations and manpower planning, including rostering for all clinics;
  • Handle patient and client relations, complaints and related matters;
  • Oversee work processes, policies, directives and SOPs and deliver high standards of efficiency, service and quality across all business units;
  • Conduct reviews, quality control and drive/lead improvements and enhancements;
  • Recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring and evaluation of staff;
  • Budgeting, planning, submission of business proposals, performance management and risk management;
  • Contribute and support business development initiatives;
  • Project management and execution;
  • Cover clinics and/or on-sites where required during manpower shortage;
  • Establishment and maintenance of service and professional standards; and
  • Audits, compliance, licensing, legal and regulatory.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Recognised bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, healthcare or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year experience in a healthcare operations setting or managing a large group of people with varied experiences and competencies in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Relevant experience will be an advantage.

Additional Information

  • Working hours: 5.25 days work week, with one half day per month WFH / Required to work on either Saturday or Sunday, will be rotated within the team
