Job Description

  • Review monthly management accounts, perform financial analysis against budget and forecast on monthly basis and explanation of variance and trend.

  • Prepare annual budgeting and ad-hoc forecasting processes

  • Support investment and divestment activities

  • Prepare Group reports

  • Oversee statutory filings including financial statements and tax

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements

  • Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business

  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably in listed companies and/or real estate sector

  • Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I).

  • Excellent team worker with strong communication, people-management and organisation skills

  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure

  • Proficient in Excel and Power point

  • Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics, SAP, Yardi will be viewed favourably
