Job Description
Review monthly management accounts, perform financial analysis against budget and forecast on monthly basis and explanation of variance and trend.
Prepare annual budgeting and ad-hoc forecasting processes
Support investment and divestment activities
Prepare Group reports
Oversee statutory filings including financial statements and tax
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements
Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business
Any other duties as assigned
Requirement:
Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably in listed companies and/or real estate sector
Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I).
Excellent team worker with strong communication, people-management and organisation skills
Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
Proficient in Excel and Power point
Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics, SAP, Yardi will be viewed favourably
