Job Duties

a) Programme Management

  • Manage the operation of the programme

  • Plan and coordinate senior learning programmes and activities at CDAC Centres and in the community to help seniors stay active and lead an fulfilling ageing journey

  • Plan and coordinate big scale projects for the seniors

  • Perform other general administrative duties.

b) Stakeholders Management

  • Engage volunteers and partners in programme planning and implementation

  • Manage volunteers systematically from recruitment, training to providing feedback and recognition.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree, preferably in Social Sciences

  • Has passion to work with low-income families, seniors and volunteers.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented attitude

  • Strong organizing skills with the ability to work in teams and independently

  • Ability to converse in English, Mandarin and preferably a dialect

  • Caring, responsible and resilient

  • Proactive in learning
