Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a facilities transformation practitioner to contribute to AI adoption and digitalization within ESS. You will lead transformational AI and dashboard initiatives, collaborating with internal and external project teams to deliver data-driven solutions for space management and facilities operations.

You will engage in problem-solving, ensure monitoring dashboards are accurate, explainable, scalable, and maintain strong documentation and record-management standards

Job description

Join a team of facilities management practitioners and work closely with the team on the implementation of workplace transformation efforts within the department.

Contribute to the transformation strategy by supporting the team's transition towards AI adoption and digitalization efforts within ESS. Take on the transformational AI and digitalization projects within ESS. You will work with project teams (internal/external), engage in problem-solving exercises, engage in the implementation of monitoring dashboards and be responsible for the accuracy, efficiency, explainability, performance and scalability of the AI and digitalization solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, managers and domain experts to deliver timely AI / digitalization solutions for facilities operations and space management ensuring strong documentation and record-management standards within the team. Develop AI/digitalization solutions with service providers that enhances facilities operations and space optimization and maintain analytic tools, dashboard reporting and processes that aid in data-driven decision making. Undertake other responsibilities as assigned to support ESS’s transformation efforts.

Good interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal & written) skills. Data analytic or relevant IT knowledge.
