Job summary

EXEO Global Pte Ltd is seeking a Creative Specialist to join its corporate marketing team at the global headquarters. You will help build, elevate, and evolve our brand identity through compelling visuals and brand stories, collaborating across departments to drive marketing workflows and customer journeys.

The role requires a Diploma/degree in digital media design or related fields, 2–3 years of experience in digital media, and proficiency with Figma and Adobe suite.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in digital media design or related disciplines.
• 2–3 years of work experience in digital media.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and digital media tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Create brand graphics, animations and videos to support branding and marketing activities.
• Assist in image asset library creation and updates across websites/social media.
• Support marketing campaigns and in-person corporate events.
• Ensure consistency in brand representation across all touchpoints.
• Stay informed on design innovations to keep assets current.
• Capture photos during events and internal activities.
• Support overseas seminars and corporate events as needed.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties to support business needs.

The Role

Join the creative minds in our corporate marketing team at the global headquarters of EXEO Global. Working collaboratively with other departments, the Creative Specialist will be involved in building, elevating and evolving our brand identity. The Creative Specialist helps effectively communicate the brand’s values and mission through compelling visuals and brand stories and helps in creating value through his/ her strong understanding of marketing workflows and customer journeys.

Key Accountabilities

• Works closely with the Marketing Team/ Creative Lead to develop and evolve the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Create visually appealing brand graphics (both digital/ print), animations and videos to support both internal and external branding and marketing activities.
• Assist in image asset library creation and organisation, and updating of brand asset library, websites, or even social media channels as needed.
• Assist in ensuring the smooth running of marketing campaigns (both digital and in-person) and in-person corporate events.
• Ensure consistency in brand representation across all touch points, able to maintain a cohesive and visual identity.
• Stay informed on design innovations to ensure brand collaterals remain contemporary and relevant to current market trends.
• Capture photos during corporate events, internal activities and other initiatives across on-location settings.
• Support the Marketing Team with corporate events including overseas seminars.
• Other ad-hoc job-related duties as required to support business needs.

Skills & Experiences

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Digital Media Design, Creative Design, Visual Communication or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of related work experience in digital media industry
• Good communication skills in English language.
• Good understanding of interactive design, layout, colour theory, typography and digital photography.
• Proficient with tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver on required assets in a timely manner.
• Familiar with the latest visual trends and digital technologies.
• Versatile and able to adapt to different visual styles/ narratives.
• Responsible and motivated individual, that is willing to learn and explore new ideas.
