A leading organization in Singapore seeks an Executive / Senior Executive in Corporate Administration to ensure efficient operations at the corporate office. The successful candidate will be responsible for governance and administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and supporting various corporate activities. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience and strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

As part of the Administration Department at the Head Office of SAMH and SACS, you will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the corporate office and organization, interpreting and administering governance and administration policies laid down by the organisation.
Our ideal candidate is someone with strong organizational and administrative skills, whether gained in a corporate, public sector, or non-profit setting.
The scope of responsibilities for the Administration Department includes corporate governance, corporate development, project coordination, secretariat support for Group CEO, Board and Committees, contract management, record management, insurance and the general office support such as calendar planning, supplies for pantry and stationery.
1. Provide secretariat support for Board, Committee, and Management meetings, including agenda setting, report preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items;
2. Well versed in the role of a Data Protection Officer and support the Group DPO which resides with the Group Administration Department.
3. Support procurement and renewal of corporate insurance coverage.
4. Coordinate and implement improvement initiatives and administrative projects.
5. Provide support for internal and external corporate activities and events.

Diploma or General degree
Experience, Skills and Traits
At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
Experience in a corporate, public sector, or non-profit setting is valued. Prior experience in high-level administrative roles is highly desirable.
Knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and data protection laws relevant to Singapore's social services and healthcare sector.
Good business writing and communication skills in English - to prepare reports, draft minutes, and correspondences, and to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in using digital productivity and collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Zoom, e-signature platforms) and comfortable learning new technologies to support digital workflows.
Comfortable working with data and basic numerical analysis.
Strong administrative expertise, a keen eye for detail, highly organized, process-oriented, with a proven ability to manage workflows.
A self-starter who is reliable, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Professional, respectful, and able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
