L'Institut des comptables agréés de Singapour recherche un Business Development and Partnership Executive pour renforcer l'engagement communautaire et augmenter le nombre de membres. Vous serez responsable du développement et de l'exécution de stratégies de marketing, de la gestion de relations avec des organisations de formation accréditées, et du suivi des performances. As the Business Development and Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and business development initiatives to increase SCAQ branding and attract, develop and retain candidates to drive membership growth.
Reporting directly to the Lead of Business Development & Partnership Manager, you willdeliver, implement and monitor strategic and tactical business opportunities to increase engagements in SCAQ Community with the support from Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs) and education institutes.
Key Responsibilities
SCAQ Community
Work together with the Lead, Business Development and Partnership (BDP) manager and team to plan and organise events/activities for active candidates throughout the year
Responsible for candidate’s journey to membership
Manage reinstatement candidature and retain candidates’ enrolment
Encourage candidates to apply for exam enrolment
Identify more members volunteers to champion SCAQ
Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs)
Work with BDP and ATOs Team to strategically plan engagement activities for SCAQ candidates
Establish and maintain valued relationships with current ATOs
Build ISCA brand and promote SCAQ qualifications
Conduct regular visits and presentation to different levels (from fresh graduates to management staff)
Plan and implement on boarding information talks for new recruits within ATOs
Tracking/ Reports and Others
Track performance against KPIs and provide weekly updates
Support BDP on other administrative and ad hoc matters
Specific duties will vary from time to time in line with the business needs
Requirements
Preferably bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing. Event management experience is advantageous.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with attention to detail and follow-through
Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with multi-project management
Team-oriented with ability to influence and collaborate across departments
