Main Roles & Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you will be involved in a variety of business and operational functions to help drive performance and efficiency across our global operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in monitoring and reviewing business and financial performance of various divisions and international offices to help meet volume and profit targets.
• Gathering and maintaining historical data for performance analysis and business review.
• Supporting the analysis of performance trends and identifying areas for improvement to help the company achieve its goals.
• Learning to understand and evaluate the full cycle of revenue and costing, including risk management, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Helping to review revenue and expense data, identify discrepancies or trends, and work with the Operations and Finance teams to propose cost-effective solutions.
• Assisting in conducting checks to ensure financial and operational data accuracy and adherence to internal SOPs.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency across departments.
• Supporting variance analysis by comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts and helping suggest improvements.
• Work closely with your supervisor to prepare weekly reports on tank and container shipping performance.
• Gaining an understanding of our core operations, key commodities handled, and any unique or high-risk operational conditions.
