Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Sales & Marketing Division, E-Commerce & Distribution Department. He/She will champion the product roadmap and lead the design, delivery, and growth initiatives for our global digital storefront.

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Value & Conversion
    • Drive initiatives across the booking and post-booking flows to deliver customer value and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and develop features that extend the reach and usability of our website to acquire, activate, and retain customers.
    • Optimise conversion rates using a data-driven and iterative testing approach.
    • Explore the use of AI technologies to enhance personalization and conversion throughout the user journey.
  2. Data & Optimization
    • Translate customer insights into actionable product features using Google Analytics and other BI tools.
    • Monitor key metrics and generate reports for management and business review.
    • Conduct competitive monitoring and benchmarking to identify relevant trends and feature ideas.
  3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define the Vision, Objectives and Key Results of the channel.
    • Coordinate with overseas stations on e-commerce activities, including fare promotions and marketing campaigns, to help drive sales globally.
    • Manage third-party vendors whose services are integrated into our website.
  4. Compliance & Operational Support
    • Ensure compliance with online regulatory requirements across all markets.
    • Support resolution of website issues and customer feedback.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  2. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
  3. Sound understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles.
  4. A keen interest in Artificial Intelligence; experience in AI-related work or projects will be a plus.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data.
  6. Confident and can communicate with stakeholders of diverse background.
  7. Strong time and project-management skills; able to plan, identify milestones, and make critical decisions to ensure initiatives are delivered on time.
