Shortlist and collate nominations for National Day Awards and Outstanding Service Awards
Manage the end-to-end process of non-medical insurance claims (work injury, critical illness, group term life), ensuring timely reporting, follow-ups with broker/insurer, staff and next of kin, and final reimbursement of staff claims in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including Group Medical and Non-Medical Insurances and other benefits, including working with broker/insurer in mitigating medical claims disputes, benefit-related inquiries, assisting with forms, and helping employees navigate benefits-related administrative processes.
Assist the budgeting and costs associated with employee benefit programs.
Maintenance of benefit plan documents, policies, and procedures, making them easily accessible to employees.
Oversee the invoicing and billing process for benefit plans, reconciling bills, and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.
Plan and organize a variety of roadshows and workshops on new and existing C&B programmes.
Fresh Degree Graduate or Diploma with at least 3 years of related experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using HRIS, Microsoft Office including Power BI, Power Automate a plus.
A strong desire to learn and grow in C&B and open to handling benefits administration.
Meticulous and detail oriented.
High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.
Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude.
