Job description

The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman, Medical Board (CMB) at our hospital. Job duties include:

  • Manage CMB’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements

  • Coordinate communications and liaison with senior management, clinicians, and external partners

  • Handle and coordinate financial tasks such as submission of budgets, budget tracking, expense management, processing of claims in line with the hospital’s policies

  • Track and follow up on outstanding matters with minimal supervision

  • Organize and support Medical Board events and functions

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline

  • Work experience in a similar secretarial or executive support role is an advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Confident engagement of stakeholders at all levels, including senior management

  • Pleasant personality, professional demeanor, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard digital tools
