The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman, Medical Board (CMB) at our hospital. Job duties include:
Manage CMB’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
Coordinate communications and liaison with senior management, clinicians, and external partners
Handle and coordinate financial tasks such as submission of budgets, budget tracking, expense management, processing of claims in line with the hospital’s policies
Track and follow up on outstanding matters with minimal supervision
Organize and support Medical Board events and functions
Requirements
Degree in any discipline
Work experience in a similar secretarial or executive support role is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Confident engagement of stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
Pleasant personality, professional demeanor, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard digital tools
