Overview
Recruitment for an Interpreter Position at a Major Japanese Corporation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities will involve providing secretarial and interpreting services for several directors. Support for general administrative tasks is also expected.

  • Interpreter and secretarial services for top management
  • Document translation
  • Interpretation at board meetings and meetings at various branch offices
  • Other administrative tasks as required
  • Note: Overseas business trips are required (a few times a year, mainly to Singapore and the Asia Oceania region)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in interpreting
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (necessary for internal and external communication)
  • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Flexible and able to handle a wide range of tasks

Additional Details

  • Salary: Around 4,000 SGD per month (depending on experience)
  • AWS (Annual Wage Supplement): Available
  • Performance Bonus: Based on company and individual performance (approximately 1-2 months' salary)
  • AL: 15 days to start (up to a maximum of 20 days)
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Flexible hours available
  • WFH: 3 days per week in the office, subject to changes based on executives' schedules
