The Opportunity

This role extends beyond traditional automotive retail. As part of the Gogoro Sales and Marketing team, you will support business operations and promote sustainability solutions. We are hiring Sales and Leasing Executives who are sales-driven and have operational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Leasing:

  • Proactively prospect and generate leads to expand the clientele base.
  • Attend to walk-in customers and perform counter sales duties.
  • Deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients with a high closing rate.
  • Follow up on contract renewals and grow the fleet steadily.
  • Pursue sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ensure prompt collection of revenues and payments.

Corporate Sales and Leasing

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients for leasing opportunities.
  • Customize leasing solutions for corporate clients.
  • Provide aftersales services to meet client needs.

After-Sales:

  • Serve as the main contact point for customers.
  • Address complaints and feedback promptly.
  • Manage vehicle collection, repossession, and relocation.
  • Update fleet management systems regularly.
  • Provide post-onboarding services.
  • Harmonize vehicle condition expectations with partners.
  • Advise drivers on vehicle functionality.

Admin:

  • Maintain customer and fleet documentation.
  • Report weekly sales forecasts and usage data.
  • Coordinate with vendors for vehicle preparation.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or fleet management.
  • Experience in retail or counter sales is advantageous.
  • Resourceful, self-initiated, and results-oriented.
  • Strong work ethic and accountability.
  • Valid Class 2B license is required.
  • Willing to work 5.5 days on a rotational basis.
  • Open to graduates aspiring to build a professional sales career.
