Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a entry-level data assistant to support research data collection, organization, and entry. You will verify data accuracy and help prepare reports, presentations, and statistical summaries using Excel and internal tools.

We value strong analytical and numerical abilities, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Training will be provided, with standard office hours and on-site work at Alexandra, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Statistics, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• No prior working experience required. Training provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $2760 per month

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, compiling, and organizing research data from various sources.


• Perform data entry, data verification, and ensure the accuracy of records and databases.


• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and statistical summaries.


• Assist in conducting basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other internal tools.


• Maintain and update research databases, records, and documentation.
