A leading university in Singapore seeks a Research Executive to support grant administration in the Coastal Protection and Flood Resilience Research Programmes. • This position is to support the upcoming tranches of research grants being awarded by the Coastal Protection and Flood Resilience Research Programmes (Applied Research). There is a need for the selected candidate to work closely with our government agencies for RIE2030 funding including financial proposal and administrative proposal (such as space, assets and others).
Duties & Responsibilities
The Executive (Research) is required to:
• At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Preferably with 3 to 4 years of working experience in research grant management in an educational institution.
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good time management
• Able to learn fast, multi-task and work within tight timelines.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships, stakeholder management, communicate effectively across all levels.
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Open to fixed term contract.
