Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  3. Identify and recommend new projects as applicable.
  4. Manage procurement of services contracts through SATS Procurement Services, adhering to policies.
  5. Coordinate manpower recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding with SATS Human Capital.
  6. Plan and control departmental operating, manpower, and capital expenditure budgets.
  7. Identify areas for improvement, especially cost reduction initiatives.
  8. Manage equipment and IT-related procurement and maintenance.
  9. Oversee staff deployment, ensuring sufficient resources and managing overtime and recalls.
  10. Maintain staff discipline and oversee staff appraisals and assessments.
  11. Handle staff welfare, administrative matters, and training compliance.
  12. Update and refine operating procedures in consultation with the operational team.
  13. Manage ISO certifications, documentation, and audits.
  14. Coordinate safety and security matters within the department.
  15. Engage with airline clients and other agencies as needed.
  16. Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
  17. Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is advantageous.
