Executive, Quality Assurance & Operations

The Quality Assurance & Operations Executive is responsible for supporting testing activities within Digital Operations streams. This role focuses on manual test execution and validation of incident/order flows, aiming to drive a scalable and efficient delivery model.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting regression testing for BAU deployments and hotfix releases
  • Monitoring and validating operational flows (e.g., order stuck cases, fulfillment, payment completion)
  • Performing sanity checks and assisting in root cause analysis
  • Logging and tracking defects using tools such as JIRA or ALM
  • Conducting retesting and confirming defect resolution post-fix
  • Creating and maintaining test accounts, billing setups, and fulfillment simulations
  • Coordinating test data readiness with backend teams
  • Providing daily updates on test execution and incident monitoring
  • Recommending enhancements to improve testing efficiency and accuracy
  • Remaining flexible to adapt responsibilities as required by project and business priorities

Skills for Success:
