Job summary

Job description

Job Responsibilities

You will support the SGH Volunteer Management Department, under Division of Population Health and Integrated Care (PHIC). You will support in recruitment, training, planning, coordination, and execution of all activities related to volunteer management and engagement.

The roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following:
• Develop and implement strategies to promote volunteer opportunities, recruit & maintain a strong volunteer pipeline
• Manage volunteer applications, onboarding and matching with programmes/partners
• Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Plan coordinate and execute training, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
• Develop, review and improve volunteers’ engagement and training materials regularly
• Monitor and evaluate feedback from volunteers, partners and programme managers
• Collaborate with SingHealth institutions and partner volunteer groups to co-create volunteer opportunities
• Any other tasks as assigned by Director/ Supervisor

Job Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline (with marketing, communications, volunteer/event management components preferred)
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, communications, volunteer and/or event management
  • Knowledge of social media management tools, graphic design & video editing software would be an advantage
  • Computer literacy inmedia monitoring, analytics toolsand Databases is essential
  • Effective presentation and organizational skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and people-oriented
  • Able to work independently and meticulously
  • Able to relate well to staff of all levels
