A leading organization in Singapore seeks an Executive to support the planning and execution of academic and enrichment programmes. The role involves coordination with various stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence through process improvement, and administering financial assistance schemes. Ideal candidates will possess strong project management skills, a proactive and warm disposition, and be able to communicate effectively with diverse beneficiary backgrounds.
As part of the Operations Department, the Executive will support the planning, execution, and administration of academic and enrichment programmes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role requires strong coordination, communication and project management skills, with a focus on quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Planning and Management
Plan, co-ordinate and manage academic and enrichment programmes in partnership with external collaborators.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with tutors, service providers, volunteers and parents to manage the programme quality, and
Monitor and support the development and progress of student participants.
Operational Excellence and Digitalisation
Leverage technology to streamline administrative and programme-related processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Event and Project Support
Organise or assist in the execution of events and special projects
Bursary Administration
Administer and process applications for Education Financial Assistance Scheme (EFAS) and other student support schemes
Provide clear and timely communication on programme guidelines, application procedures and outcome.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma
Relevant experience in operation and administration related in Education sector preferred
Possess a proactive attitude, drive, and warmth disposition and is willing to support needs of beneficiaries
Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric solutions.
Resourceful, adaptable, and able to multi-task
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with people from diverse backgrounds
Able to converse and read & write in Mandarin/ Chinese to communicate with Chinese beneficiaries
Able to work on some weekends
