We are seeking an Executive, Program based in Singapore, at our Headquarters in Ang Mo Kio.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Manage key project deliverables, including cost, quality, and time to market.
  • Communicate customer requirements effectively across all functions.
  • Support customer service efforts and grow sales with key accounts.
  • Review inquiries and prepare quotations.
  • Lead functional teams to meet project goals.
  • Ensure project metrics such as cost, technical support, quality, and delivery are achieved.
  • Stay informed about customers' technological and business roadmaps.
  • Provide regular updates on key account performance.
  • Assess and recommend bids for Requests for Quotation.
  • Make final approvals on customer-related issues.
  • Manage changes in demand schedules and internal forecasts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturing.
  • Experience with SAP database management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of printed circuit assembly and final assembly processes (SMT & Boxbuild).
  • Understanding of Bill of Materials and project planning.
  • Resourceful, responsive, reliable, and able to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
