EXECUTIVE - PRODUCTION & PLANNING

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing production scheduling and workforce supervision to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. Coordinate production plans, manage resources, and support compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule production and manage work orders across multiple departments.
  • Plan label materials and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Maintain label inventory, operate printers, and manage consumables.
  • Supervise worker attendance, discipline, and leave management.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stock counts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for government inspections and provide required documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management or related fields.
  • 2–3 years in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in supervising production teams or coordinating multiple departments.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.
