Job description

The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as Executive, Product Management reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

This role is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early career individuals who aspire to build a rewarding career in Product Development and Pricing within life insurance.

Responsibilities will be evenly divided between project-based tasks and secretarial duties, which encompass the following.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on product development related projects and tasks as assigned by Chief Product Officer (CPO) and other senior leaders

  • Track and drive the completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items on the CPO’s agenda.

  • Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and reports.

  • Provide recommendations to improve teamwork and efficiency across the business unit.

  • Manage the Chief Product Officer’s (CPO) and other senior leaders’ calendar, including scheduling meetings and planning travel.

  • Preparation, submission and tracking of expenses.

  • Coordinate department record, staff onboarding/offboarding

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or in any relevant field.

  • A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in representing the Chief Product Officer and the team.

  • Great organizational skills, a strong bias for action and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Meticulous with an eye for details and a proactive attitude.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated project management, presentation skills and experience in preparing PowerPoint slides.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred, and data analytic skills will be an added advantage.
