Job summary

We’re looking for an Executive Producer who loves that role.

You’ll lead the production of creative projects, integrated campaigns and brand experiences across disciplines and formats. You’ll be a trusted partner to our creatives, account teams, clients and production partners, helping everyone deliver work they can be proud of.

Your role

You’ll connect creative ambition with practical delivery. That means understanding what makes an idea work, what it takes to produce it and how to get the best from the people involved.

From the first conversation to the final handover, you’ll bring clarity, keep momentum and take ownership. You’ll be responsible for:

Our requirements

You have led creative production before, and you understand that successful delivery depends on both sound planning and strong relationships.

• Relevant experience in a creative, advertising, branding, design or integrated communications agency.
• A proven track record in creative production, project management or production leadership.
• A strong understanding of creative development and production across multiple media.
• Confidence in budgeting, scheduling, scoping and resource management.
• Clear communication and the ability to build trust with clients, colleagues and partners.
• Sound judgement when managing multiple projects and competing demands.
• A thoughtful, practical approach to solving problems.
• Pride in the details and the commitment to see every project through.
