Create and maintain products, promotion campaigns in the POS Systems.
Work with Marketing, Finance and Operations to perform updates of promotions, CRM campaigns, etc to the POS systems.
Provide first level support to outlet for IT related issues.
Assist in documenting process flows, test case scenario and training guides when required.
Provide and generate reports when required.
Provide primary support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management, infrastructure, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft Teams, onboarding and outgoing users issuance of laptop.
Work with vendor on new building IT infrastructure setup
Other ad-hoc jobs as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Diploma/Degree in Computer Information Technology, business related.
Knowledge and working experience in IT support, POS system or similar role.
Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage.
Knowledge in Excel Formula skills, basic SQL query skills.
Strong problem solving and diagnostic skill with initiatives.
