Executive, POS Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain products, promotion campaigns in the POS Systems.
• Work with Marketing, Finance and Operations to perform updates of promotions, CRM campaigns, etc to the POS systems.
• Provide first level support to outlet for IT related issues.
• Assist in documenting process flows, test case scenario and training guides when required.
• Provide and generate reports when required.
• Provide primary support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management, infrastructure, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft Teams, onboarding and outgoing users issuance of laptop.
• Work with vendor on new building IT infrastructure setup
• Other ad-hoc jobs as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Information Technology, business related.
• Knowledge and working experience in IT support, POS system or similar role.
• Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Excel Formula skills, basic SQL query skills.
• Strong problem solving and diagnostic skill with initiatives.
• Self-driven and high independent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
