As an Executive, Pharmacy (Learning & Development), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the head in advancing innovation and excellence in professional development across which involves designing and implementing progressive training programs to enhance pharmacy practice.

• Offering learning support to staff and managers, developing relevant curricula, and tracking professional competencies.

• Design and implement innovative professional training initiatives that align with key clinical indicators and future healthcare trends.

• Identify and engage with external training providers to source relevant courses that promote professional growth and enhance staff engagement.

• Ensure timely registration of staff for professional development courses, maintain accurate training records, and consolidate data into a monthly report.

• Provide secretariat support and actively contribute to the Professional Development Workgroup

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Business or related discipline
