Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Functional (job responsibilities)
  • Generate and qualify leads from internal and external lists to achieve acquisition goals.
  • Source and develop client referrals to achieve acquisition goals.
  • Develop sales proposals and customize them for clients.
  • Schedule sales activities and ensure a healthy pipeline.
  • Make sales calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Conduct briefings and training for clients.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns via phone, electronically, or in person.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good client relationships.
  • Follow up on sales activities to ensure closure and timely account opening.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities.
  • Conduct market research and surveys.
  • Participate in sales events and roadshows.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a unified customer experience.
  • Create an achievement-oriented working environment.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
  • Prioritize the long-term interests of ETC customers over short-term gains.

Requirements
