Job description

1. Strategic Implementation & Executive Enablement

  • Act as a strategic extension of the CEO, translating high-level business visions into actionable objectives across departments.
  • Drive progress on mission-critical initiatives by setting milestones, aligning stakeholders, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure execution effectiveness.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs in decision-making by preparing strategic briefs, scenario analyses, and cross-functional alignment reports.

2. Cross-Functional Operational Governance

  • Supervise the flow of internal operations on behalf of the CEO to ensure organizational rhythm, operational continuity, and issue resolution at all management layers.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively propose structural or procedural enhancements for executive review.
  • Act as a surrogate operator for the CEO in day-to-day management matters, ensuring execution fidelity and time-sensitive responsiveness.

3. Business Development, Market Expansion & External Affairs

  • Serve as a liaison in high-level negotiations, partnership engagements, and external stakeholder meetings, ensuring follow-ups are executed with precision.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support the CEO’s strategic positioning and market entry initiatives.
  • Prepare polished materials — including investment decks, partnership proposals, and briefing documents — tailored to external audiences and potential collaborators.

4. Executive Communications & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the CEO’s communications proxy, interpreting and articulating complex ideas to internal teams and external stakeholders with clarity and consistency.
  • Manage the flow of information between the CEO and key counterparts, serving as a diplomatic gatekeeper while maintaining accessibility and transparency.
  • Synthesize board-level communications, staff messaging, and partnership dialogue into coherent narratives that align with company vision and tone.

5. Administrative Oversight & Executive Support

  • Orchestrate and manage the CEO’s daily schedule, ensuring optimal time allocation, priority alignment, and proactive conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive travel, offsite meetings, and strategic summits, including itinerary planning, documentation, and real-time support.
  • Draft high-quality correspondence, executive summaries, and internal circulars with accuracy, discretion, and a deep understanding of corporate context.

6. Confidential Advisory & Decision Support

  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and act as a trusted advisor, providing input on matters requiring emotional intelligence, discretion, and executive judgment.
  • Serve as a sounding board on personnel matters, business dilemmas, or investor relations by providing well-informed perspectives based on data and insight.
  • Represent the CEO in internal or external meetings when required, ensuring continuity of voice, decision-making, and leadership presence.
