Job description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Patient Financial Services team. In this role, you will support the planning and design of the patient’s financial journey. You will identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks by introducing automation for the patient financial services processes, where required. In addition, you will assist to prepare and document related policies and procedures, work instructions and training materials of Patient Financial Services Department. This includes working with other institutions on day-to-day operational matters including managing patient accounts receivable and payment posting.

You will participate in the IT systems implementation and User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) for IT systems.

Additionally, you will provide secretariat support for various Workgroups and Committees as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 2 years of related working experience.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant skillsets are welcome to apply
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with robotic process automation tools (UiPath) and Data Analytics tools such as Tableau is desirable
  • Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
  • Systematic and meticulous
  • Ability to handle complex, ambiguous and challenging situations under fast-paced and evolving conditions
