Job summary

A leading company in the drilling sector is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Singapore. The ideal candidate will foster relationships with customers, manage sales inquiries, and provide administrative support. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. This role demands strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years working experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Excel.

Job description

Key responsibilities will include, however not limited, to the following:

• Establish strong business relationship with current customers account

• Attend to sales enquiry and provide sales / customer service support, preparation & submission of quotations.

• Perform pre and post sales support duties such as generating invoices, advising customers on delivery status, etc.

• Customer Account Management.

• Attend to walk-in customers as well as handle telephone enquiries.

• To coordinate sales activities and perform general administrative duties.
  

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 Years working experience in the automotive industry is preferred

• Able to multi-task and work independently

• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Excel.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work under pressure.

• Able to communicate and work with all levels.

• Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
