Job summary

The Singapore Red Cross Society is seeking an Executive to support fundraising and community engagement. You will plan and run fundraising events, build corporate partnerships and engage donors to support SRC's humanitarian mission.

Working with internal teams, volunteers and sponsors, you will manage event logistics, track performance and help grow SRC's fundraising impact through compelling outreach and programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Event Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management or related discipline.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, event management, sales, partnerships or communications.
• Experience planning, coordinating or executing events of varying scales would be advantageous.
• Experience engaging donors, sponsors, corporate partners or volunteers would be advantageous.
• Candidates from other industries with relevant transferable skills are welcome to apply.

• Plan, organise and execute fundraising events and community engagement initiatives, including charity golf tournaments, gala dinners, concerts and other signature events.
• Coordinate end-to-end event operations, including programme planning, venue and vendor sourcing, logistics, volunteer coordination and post-event follow-up.
• Manage event timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful execution and achievement of fundraising objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments, organising committees and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen awareness, participation and support for SRC's fundraising initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Singapore Red Cross (SRC) is seeking a resourceful and motivated Executive to support our fundraising and community engagement initiatives.

As part of the Resource Development team, you will plan and execute fundraising events, develop and maintain corporate partnerships, and engage donors and stakeholders to support SRC's humanitarian mission. You will work closely with internal teams, volunteers, sponsors and external partners to deliver meaningful events and achieve fundraising objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Events & Project Management

• Plan, organise and execute fundraising events and community engagement initiatives, including charity golf tournaments, gala dinners, concerts and other signature events.




• Coordinate end-to-end event operations, including programme planning, venue and vendor sourcing, logistics, volunteer coordination and post-event follow-up.




• Manage event timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful execution and achievement of fundraising objectives.

Corporate Partnerships & Donor Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate donors, sponsors, grantmakers, volunteers and other stakeholders.




• Identify and develop fundraising, sponsorship and partnership opportunities to support organisational fundraising objectives.




• Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, donor engagement activities and giving programmes.




• Maintain effective donor relationships through regular engagement, appreciation initiatives and follow-up activities.

Fundraising Performance & Administration

• Work towards individual, event-specific and overall fundraising targets.




• Monitor fundraising performance, maintain accurate donor records and prepare reports and updates for management.




• Coordinate fundraising resources and support volunteers involved in outreach and fundraising initiatives.




• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen awareness, participation and support for SRC's fundraising initiatives.




• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
