Responsibilities:
Detailed analysis of channel/branch/team/advisor sales & campaigns performance.
Support the team managers in crafting better-targeted campaigns to improve product and sales performance.
Visualise data using Tableau to create a sales report and a visual analysis to support the department head and business development managers in analysing channel activities, productivity, and campaign performances.
Provide periodic/ interim campaign result updates to support channels and business development teams for action plans.
Work with the department head to ensure data integrity and accuracy of the numbers and data sources.
Support the department head as the department’s risk and administrative representative for the following activities:
Rep for Internal Audit/External Audit/BCP/BIA/RCSA/Control Testing;
Voucher & Stock management.
Requirements:
At least 3 to 4 years of working in a similar capacity
Detail-oriented and strong in MS Excel
Exhibit sound business judgment and strong analytical skills.
