One of our corporate client HUMAN CAPITAL LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. is looking for a Executive, Overseas Transition Support based out of Singapore. Permanent full-time role but open to suggestions for part-time or compressed hours.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President (AVP), Overseas Transition Support, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the delivery of programmes and initiatives aimed at assisting Singaporean professionals in their international assignments and leadership journeys.
This role is especially suited for individuals with overseas work experience who understand the nuances of international transitions and cultural adaptation. The position also requires flexibility to work outside of standard Singapore working hours, as you will be engaging with stakeholders and programme participants across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Programme Coordination: Assist in coordinating pre-departure resources and addressing inquiries to ensure professionals are well-prepared for their overseas assignments.
- Community Engagement Support: Facilitate community engagement, regular check-ins, and networking efforts for Singaporeans while overseas, fostering a supportive and connected expatriate community.
- Participant Management: Oversee participant-related processes for both in-person and online programmes, including managing communications, preparing registration forms, assembling course materials, and handling procurement and accounts payable support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with various stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate partners, and international networks, to provide comprehensive support to professionals during their international assignments.
- Programme Planning Collaboration: Work closely with the Programme Design team to identify appropriate delivery tools, discuss potential risks or issues before and during programmes, and propose solutions to enhance programme quality.
- Budget Assistance: Assist in managing programme budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately and expenditures are tracked accurately.
- Faculty and Trainer Support: Provide necessary assistance to faculty and trainers to facilitate the smooth delivery of programmes, addressing their logistical and administrative needs.
- Communication Management: Monitor and manage programme communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and maintaining effective information flow among stakeholders.
- Collateral Preparation: Collaborate with the marketing team to manage, collate, and prepare materials for events and programme folders, ensuring consistency and quality of information disseminated.
- Post-Programme Support: Conduct post-programme activities such as collecting and analysing evaluations, finalizing budgets, and compiling reports to assess programme effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Operational Support: Assist in the institute's operations by ensuring timely submissions in financial processes, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as part of the steering team. Support initiatives aimed at achieving cost-effectiveness and work efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in programme or event coordination, preferably within an educational, corporate training, or international mobility environment.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial processes related to programme delivery.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with participants, faculty, and stakeholders from various backgrounds.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies and approaches in response to evolving stakeholder expectations and dynamic environments.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools for programme management.
